China has dispatched an anti-Ebola medical team to the DRC for a three-month mission to support outbreak response efforts.

The Central African nation on May 15 confirmed its 17th Ebola outbreak since the virus was first identified in 1976, and WHO declared it a Public Health Emergency of International Concern two days later.
